RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened gear. Custom items, including personalized arrow wraps and custom-cut arrows, are final sale since they're made specifically for you.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship across Canada with flat-rate shipping: $25 for arrow shafts, $5 for components, and $30 for apparel. Custom-cut and custom-built arrows are made to each order, so they may take a little longer to ship. We will reach out directly if there's ever a delay.
